Instructions for Registrations and Entries
First step is to register the Federation, choosing the NOC and creating the password to access Entries. The password will be validatad by return email when “Entries” will become available.
In a first moment, numerical entries and nominal individual entries of athletes and delegation members will be available online. Later, team entries, limited to 1 team per country in each category, will be available and it will be possible to print the list of athletes, boats, teams and delegation members entered. The deadlines for numerical Entries is January 30th and for Nominal Entris is March 2nd.
Training Reservation is mandatory before February 23rd. Even though organization will not charge any fees from March 1st to March 15th., The reservation is necessary to organize the training groups. Training from March 19th on will demand a second reservation to be available later.
We also request to register information of groups arrival/departure, boats arrival/departure, groups accommodation. This information will help organization to help your delegation. GPK Tourism and Japan Customs Solutions, responsible to support respectively accommodation and boat transportation, will access this information to manage the flow of people and boats. Registration of this information will be accessible in a second moment only.
