Deadline: The IRF 2010 Rafting Pan-am Will be realized in two different environmental preservation places, this places have a hard way of access, especially Iguassu National Park, where the final races will takes place. Because of this reason, with IRF authorization, the event were limited to have 16 man teams and 8 woman team, getting possibility to a country have two teams in each category, according the IRF rules.
**** However, the event organization allow the teams to register until August, 1st – 2010 (this is the deadline). However, if before that date, 16 man team and 8 woman team already get registered, no more registration will be received.
Fee Cost: The registration fee is US$ 500,00 (five hundred American dollars) per team with 06 athletes and an extra fee of US$ 150,00 (one hundred and fifty American dollars) per extra athlete or member. This fee price will give right to transportation, accommodation and food over the period of August from 19th to 23th, as the website rules.
*** In case a team would to come before the above date, the costs with hotel, food, transportation will be their own responsibility, wich may get in contact right to their chosen hotel.
**** The fee payment should to be made by the Team Leader in the moment of accreditation, on our partner hotel.
**** Do not forget that the insurance fee (obligatory) to all accreditation person must to be paid at the same time, this is requested to enter at Itaipu Binational and Iguassu National Park.
Registration: The international registration should to be done by your National Federation. Over this way the registration could to be done using just one person of the national federation, that will have the password to add the official data. If one country have more than one team, the same person, that represents your national federation will do the registration.
