Transport and Training Time

Since the event organization be informed with at least 15 days of antecedence, we can put available a Van and one guide to go with the team until the hotel. This kind of service also will be available on August 23th, to help on back to the airport.
The event organization will be responsible to the transportation from the hotel (partners) to the competition field since August 16th to 22th, according the following time schedule:

TRAINING TIME
To get ever better training period, considering the transportation, field of play using and to make safety team, the time will be shared in defined groups. Each group will have two hours of training in the morning and another period of two hours on the afternoon.
The official training time are:
MORNING:

From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

AFTERNOON:

From 14 p.m. to 16 p.m.
From 16 p.m. to 18 p.m.
